Neptune Care is your personalized Parkinson’s self-monitoring and learning app. The app enables you to get a better understanding of how your activities and treatments can affect your motor symptoms. Using a wearable device, Neptune Care passively captures your motion data to provide insights into your ON, OFF, and Dyskinesia motor states. Gain unparalleled insights into your habits and stay ahead of your health with better PD management.

How it works:

Logging: Neptune Care makes it easy for you to keep a log of and monitor your daily activities including when you take your medications, exercise, sleep, eat and more. You can also conveniently log your sense of ON, OFF, and troublesome or non-troublesome Dyskinesia. By tracking your activities everyday in Neptune Care, you can learn if and how certain activities affect your symptoms.

Motor Symptom Graph: View continuous and objective insights into your motor states with an easy to use graph. The graph shows you at what times you are experiencing states of ON, OFF and Dyskinesia and its relative severity. On the graph, 1 to 4 indicates Dyskinesia (where 1 is less severe and 4 is the most severe), -1 to -4 indicates an OFF state (where -1 is less severe and -4 is the most severe), and -1 to 1 is considered ON,. Neptune Care also overlays your logged activities on your motor state graph to allow you to learn how certain activities may affect your motor symptoms and answer questions such as “Does exercise improve my symptom control?”, “Does my breakfast affect the effect of my PD medication?”, and more.

Trends and Reports: By logging your activities and wearing the wrist sensor every day, Neptune Care can further unlock insights into your overall health and condition. In addition to daily insights, Neptune Care generates a weekly report highlighting different trends and analysis.

With Neptune Care you can:

1. Automatically track your ON, OFF, and Dyskinesia states to see your symptoms and treatment response

2. Record when you do certain activities such as medication intake, meals, exercise, sleep, and more

3. Receive daily and weekly insights to help you understand how your treatments and activities could affect your symptoms
